Awesome design

The pumpkin guy looks really cool and demented, I like how you drew the anime person too! :3 The only thing is that overall it looks a bit too sketchy, I usually only like making the outline really sketchy, but that's just me.

The eyes are off in perspective though, you made the sizes too different. Try making it only like a 1/4th smaller than the other if it's to the side by a bit. If it's more to the side then more like more then 1/3rd smaller.
